I got this recipe from a hospital cafeteria in about 1994 and still make it once or twice a year. Great for potlucks, my friends always ask for the recipe.

3 pkglemon or lime jello

3 chot water

3/4 cmiracle whip salad dressing

2 Tbspcider vinegar

4 1/2 ccabbage, chopped

1/2 conion, chopped

1 ccelery, chopped

1green pepper, chopped
How To Make vegetable jello mold

1Mix jello (small packages), hot water, salad dressing and vinegar. Let stand in refrigerator until thickened, about 1 hour. Beat well and add vegetables. Let set in refrigerator until firm, about 4 hours.
