I make this for holiday dinners and special occasions, and everyone always raves about it. My husband swears it's better than ice cream, and he loves to get a big bowl of it for dessert.

Ingredients For that apricot stuff

2 small boxapricot jello (or 1 large box)

1 csugar

2 cboiling water

1 cansweetened condensed milk

1 (20 oz) cancrushed pineapple, drained

1 (8 oz) pkgcream cheese
-
1 jarapricot baby food for 2nd stage eaters

1 - 1 1/2 cpecans, chopped
How To Make that apricot stuff

1Mix Jello and sugar in large bowl. Add boiling water. Stir until Jello and sugar are completely dissolved.

2Add condensed milk, crushed pineapple, cream cheese, baby food, and pecans. Mix well, using hands to mix until the cream cheese is in pea-sized pieces.

3Transfer mixture to serving bowl and refrigerate until firm, overnight.
