Ingredients For sour cream cranberry salad

  • 2 small box
    raspberry jello
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 can
    whole berry jellied cranberries
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make sour cream cranberry salad

  • 1
    Boil 2 cups water. Put 1 cup in deep bowl and add can of cranberries, blend until liquid and smooth. Take other 1 cup of hot water and dissolve 2 packages of raspberry jello. Add dissolved jello to cranberry mixture, add pecans.

    Put 1/2 of mixture in either a jello mold or 8x8 dish, and chill until almost firm. Than once firm spread sour cream over the firm jello.

    Once sour cream is spread add remainder of mixture on top of the sour cream. Refrigerate until firm, and serve.
