Ingredients For shrimp aspic salad

1 smlemon jello (3 oz. size)

1 ctomato juice, boiling

1 ctomato juice, cold

1/4 tsptabasco sauce

1 canshrimp, drained

2 Tbsplemon juice concentrate

1/2 ccelery, chopped fine

1/2 cgreen pepper, chopped
-
4 smgreen onions, chopped
-
1 smavacado, diced
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
How To Make shrimp aspic salad

1Dissolve the jello in the boiling tomato juice.

2Add cold tomato juice, tobasco, worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.

3Add the shrimp, celery, green pepper, avacado, and onion.

4Place in 8X8 pan or can be poured into any mold...

5Place in the refridgerator and cool until firm. Then serve.
