This is such a good jello salad, and you can use any flavor combinations! The ones I chose are in () in the ingredients, but any combination is good.

Ingredients For ribbon salad, madeleine's

2 pkglime jello (i used orange)

1 pkglemon jello (i used tropical fruit)

1/2 cmini marshmallows

1 cpineapple juice

8 ozcream cheese (i used low fat)

1 cancrushed pineapple

1 cheavy cream, whipped (i used cool whip)

1 cmayo (i used low fat)

2 pkgcherry jello (i used strawberry)

1In deep 9x13 sprayed with PAM, prepare lime jello. Let set. Dissolve lemon in hot water in double boiler, add marshmallows and melt. Remove from heat and add juice and cream cheese. Beat well and stir in pineapple. Cool slightly, fold in whipped cream and mayo. Spread over 1st layer and allow to set. Make cherry jello and pour over top while syrupy.

2Use any combinations of jello. I have used sugar free, with no problem.
