Ingredients For queen's layered gelatin salad

1 pkglo-cal strawberry gelatin

vegetable cooking spray

l pkglo-cal lemon gelatin

3 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1 clo-cal whipped topping, prepared

1 pkglo-cal orange gelatin
-
1/2 cunsweetened crushed pineapple, drained

1/2 ccarrots, grated

shredded lettuce
How To Make queen's layered gelatin salad

1Prepare strawberry gelatin as directed on package. Pour into 2qt (2L) molded pan that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Chill until firm.

2Prepare lemon gelatin as directed on package. Set until consistancy of beaten egg whites.

3Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Fold into prepared whipped topping.

4Fold cream cheese topping into lemon gelatin. Pour over strawberry gelatin in mold.Chill until firm.

5Prepare orange gelatin as directed on package. Set until consistancy of beaten egg whites. Fold in pineapple and carrots. Pour over lemon gelatin in mold.Chill until firm.

6Serve on bed of shredded lettuce.
