Ingredients For lemon pimento cheese congealed salad

  • 1 box
    lemon gelatin, 3 oz size
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 sm
    whipped topping, 8 oz.
  • 1 sm
    pimento cheese spread
  • 1 sm
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts (optional)

How To Make lemon pimento cheese congealed salad

  • 1
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add sugar and pimento cheese.

    Mix well.

    Add pineapple.

    Partially congeal.
  • 6
    Fold in whipped topping and nuts, if desired.

    Chill until set.
