When Mom was homeschooling me, she taught me a Home Economics course. This is one of the very first recipes I ever made on my own. It's been in my family for a long time and is also popular with my co-workers.

Ingredients For creamy orange fluff

6 ozorange gelatin

2 1/2 cboiling water

2 can11-oz each mandarin oranges, drained

1 can8 oz crushed pineapple, undrained

1 can6 oz. fronzen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- TOPPING:

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 ccold milk
-
1 pkg4-serving size instant vanilla pudding
How To Make creamy orange fluff

1In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in oranges, pineapple, and orange juice concentrate. Pour into 13x9x2" pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate until firm.

2In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add the milk and the pudding mix, beating till smooth. Spread over orange later. Refrigerate until firm.
