Ingredients For wedge salad with chunky blue cheese dressing

  • 1 lg
    head of lettuce, cut into quarters n rinsed - refrigerate to keep crisp
  • 1/2 c
    chives, fresh n choppd
  • 3/4 c
    red peppers, choppd
  • 1/2 c
    bacon, cooked n choppd (or more)
  • CHUNKY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 c
    mayo
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh (can use white vinegar)
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    milk or half n half used to thin out to ur liking

    RINSE N SHAKE OUT EXCESS WATER FROM EACH LETTUCE WEDGE N REFRIGERATE TO KEEP CRISP.

    MIX ALL OF CHUNKY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING INGREDIENTS IN MED SIZE BOWL ... WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MILK OR HALF N HALF USE THIS A TABLESPOON AT A TIME TO THIN OUT DRESSING TO UR LIKING THEN REFRIGERATE.
