  • FOR THE GOAT CHEESE
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1
    log goat cheese sliced into 6 pieces
  • SALAD
  • 1 box
    red & green lettuce or your favorite boxed salad blend
  • MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    whole grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make warm goat cheese salad w mustard vinaigrette

    For the goat cheese
    Preheat oven 390 degrees.
    Brush the olive oil on a baking sheet.

    Beat the egg in one bowl.
    lay the bread crumb on a shallow plate or bowl
  • 3
    Dip the goat cheese slices in the egg.
    Dredge them in the bread crumbs until covered.
    Place on baking sheet and bake until golden about 5 minutes.

    For the vinaigrette. Mix the ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place the lettuce in a bowl and dress with the viniagrette.

    Place 2 warm goat cheese rounds on each salad.
    Serve immediately
