This is the easiest and very best recipe for raspberry vinaigrette, hands down. Once you try this 3 minute recipe, made with ingredients you probably already have on hand, you will never buy bottled again. My husband's very favorite dressing on our dinner salads with grilled or breaded chicken breasts. The dinner salad pictured has chicken breasts, granny smith apples, red delicious apples, bleu cheese, sugared pecans, craisins, red onion rings and red raspberry vinaigrette. My Photo

1/2cup good quality raspberry preserves (i like smucker's)

1/3cup rice vinegar (not rice wine vinegar) you could also use raspberry vinegar

1/4cup canola oil (olive oil not recommended)

1/4tsp. salt
