This is my Copy Cat version of Bucca di Beppo's Antipasto salad. I make it often.....for home and away.

Ingredients For the best chopped antipasto salad

10 oziceberg lettuce

1 ozpepperoni, diced

1 ozdry salami, diced

1 mdred onion, diced

1 ozprovolone cheese, diced

2roma tomatoes, diced
-
1cucumber, diced
-
1 ozgorgonzola cheese, crumbled

1 ozfeta cheese, crumbled

3whole pepperoncinis
-
2whole black olives
-
2whole green olives
-
4 ozprepared italian dressing
How To Make the best chopped antipasto salad

1Mix the ingredients except the Whole Pepperoncinis, Black Olives, Green Olives and Italian Dressing.

2Just before serving add the dressing and top with the pepperoncini, and olives.
