Ingredients For thai salad (ajar)

3 Tbsprice vinegar

1 Tbspgranulated sugar

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tspground black pepper

1 mdcucumber, peeled

1/2red onion, peeled and thinly sliced

2 Tbspchopped fresh cilantro leaves

1red chili pepper, sliced in rings

2-4 cmixed salad greens
How To Make thai salad (ajar)

1In a medium bowl, stir vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar and salt are dissolved.

2Quarter cucumber lengthwise. Remove seeds. Cut quarters crosswise into 1/8″ thick slices.

3Add cucumber, onion, cilantro and chili pepper to vinegar dressing; toss until combined.

4Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

5Serve on bed of greens.
