You can use any veggies you want. I had a ramen mix in a round bowl that had a sauce so I used the sauce for the chicken.

Ingredients For teriyaki chicken ramen salad

  • 1 pkg
    chicken flavored ramen noodles
  • 1/4 c
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3 c
    torn salad greens
  • 1/2 c
    bean sprouts
  • 1/2 c
    cilantro leaves
  • 2
    boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    teriyaki sauce

How To Make teriyaki chicken ramen salad

    For the Dressing In a screw top jar combine the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles, vinegar, orange juice, and vegetable oil. Shake well. Set in fridge

    In a bowl mix the torn salad greens, bean sprouts, and cilantro. Break up the Ramen noodles and add to the greens. Set in fridge for 1 hour.

    Place a little oil in skillet and add the chicken pieces. Brown the pieces and then add the teriyaki sauce. Cook until chicken is no longer pink

    Pour the dressing over the salad and mix. Top the salad with the chicken
