You can use any veggies you want. I had a ramen mix in a round bowl that had a sauce so I used the sauce for the chicken.

Ingredients For teriyaki chicken ramen salad

1 pkgchicken flavored ramen noodles

1/4 crice vinegar

2 Tbsporange juice

2 Tbspvegetable oil

3 ctorn salad greens

1/2 cbean sprouts

1/2 ccilantro leaves

2boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks

How To Make teriyaki chicken ramen salad

1For the Dressing In a screw top jar combine the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles, vinegar, orange juice, and vegetable oil. Shake well. Set in fridge

2In a bowl mix the torn salad greens, bean sprouts, and cilantro. Break up the Ramen noodles and add to the greens. Set in fridge for 1 hour.

3Place a little oil in skillet and add the chicken pieces. Brown the pieces and then add the teriyaki sauce. Cook until chicken is no longer pink

4Pour the dressing over the salad and mix. Top the salad with the chicken
