1small head green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced

4scallions, thinly sliced diagonally

1large carrot, grated

1 cgolden raisins
How To Make tangy coleslaw

1IN A LARGE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER THE SOUR CREAM, LIME JUICE,SUGAR, HOT SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER.

2ADD THE CABBAGE, SCALLIONS, CARROT, AND RAISINS AND TOSS TO COAT. REFRIGERATE.
