Ingredients For tangy coleslaw

  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot sauce
  • dash
    kosher salt and pepper
  • 1
    small head green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4
    scallions, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1
    large carrot, grated
  • 1 c
    golden raisins

How To Make tangy coleslaw

    IN A LARGE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER THE SOUR CREAM, LIME JUICE,SUGAR, HOT SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER.

    ADD THE CABBAGE, SCALLIONS, CARROT, AND RAISINS AND TOSS TO COAT. REFRIGERATE.
