Ingredients For taco salad (meatless)

  • 1 head
    iceburgh lettus
  • 1 Lg.
    tomato
  • 1 can
    dark kidney beans rinsed
  • 1 8oz
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 lg
    onion diced
  • 1 bottle
    catalina dressing
  • 1 bag
    corn chips (amount to taste)

How To Make taco salad (meatless)

  • 1
    in large bowl shred lettus, add diced fresh tomato, beans, cheese, onion and dressing. Add corn chips and toss.
