This came from an Ohio recipe book. I guess this could be a salad or an appetizer. I call it a salad because you can make individual salads on separate plates.

Ingredients For taco dip salad

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, soft
  • 16 oz
    cottage cheese
  • 10 oz
    salsa
  • 8 oz
    taco sauce
  • 1
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2
    head lettuce, chopped
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar
  • doritos

How To Make taco dip salad

  • 1
    Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese. Spread onto serving platter. Mix taco sauce and salsa and cover cheese. Sprinkle with pepper and onion. Scatter lettuce on top. Sprinkle with cheddar, then tomatoes. Serve with Doritos.
