Ingredients For spinach salad

6 Tbspcanola oil

3 Tbspsugar

3 Tbspseasoned rice vinegar

3 Tbspsoy
- TOPPING

1/4 cbutter

1 pkgramen noodles (discard soup flavoring packet)

1/4 csesame seeds

1 pkgslivered almonds about 1/2 cup (small package)
- SALAD

1 lgbunch of spinach (washed, drained, dried)

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped
How To Make spinach salad

1Whisk dressing ingredients to blend. Season with pepper. Set aside. Can be made ahead. Heat butter over medium heat. Break noodles in small pieces and brown along with sesame seeds and almonds. Cool and drain on paper towels. Set aside. Can make ahead. Store in airtight container.

2When ready to serve - add spinach, green onions, noodles, nuts and sesame seeds to same bowl. Toss with enough dressing to coat.
