6 slicebacon, cooked & crumbled

2hard bpoiled eggs, sliced

1/3 csugar

1/8 cvinegar

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1/2 conion, finely diced
How To Make spinach salad

1Place fresh spinach in large bowl with mushrooms & bacon. Top salad with eggs. Mix oil and next 5 ingredients for dressing. Toss with dressing before serving or let individuals dress themselves.
