I am always asked to bring this salad to get togethers. It's my Mom's recipe and a family favorite.

Ingredients For spinach salad

2 10 ozbags fresh spinach, washed & drained

1/2 lbbean sprouts, fresh

2 8 ozcans water chestnuts, drained

10-12 slicebacon, cooked crisply, crumbled

3hard cooked eggs, diced
- DRESSING
-
1 coil
-
3/4 csugar
-
1/3 cketchup
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce

1/4 cvinegar
-
1medium onion, diced
-
1/4 tspsalt
How To Make spinach salad

1Mix all dressing ingredients in blender or with electric mixer until well blended; chill. This dressing is best if made the day before.

2Put spinach, sprouts & water chestnuts in large bowl;toss until evenly distributed. Right before serving pour on dressing & toss until coated. Add bacon & eggs & gently toss again.
