I don't like really spicy hot foods, but this is good you can omit the chilies and add peppers instead if desired.

Ingredients For spicy tomato cucumber salad

1 cucumbers (2 medium), peeled and sliced

2 mdtomatoes (early girls are great), sliced and drained slightly

1 lgsweet red onion, thinly sliced

3anaheim chiles, seeded and thinly sliced (galapagos if you prefer)

1/4 cfresh parsley, finely chopped

1/4 ccelery, sliced 1/8 inch thick

1/4 cwhole grain prepared mustard

2 tspsugar, salt to taste
How To Make spicy tomato cucumber salad

1Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, green chilies, parsley and celery n a bowl. Combine mustard and sugar and added to sliced vegetables. Salt to taste. Let sit for 20 minutes at room temperature.
