This is my daughters reciepe and its so good and so easy.One of our summertime favorites when you can get shrimp cheaper here on the east coast of new england.It's great on a Caesars salad

Ingredients For shrimp scampi italiano

  • 1 pound large or extra large uncooked shrimp,cleaned
  • 1/3-1/2 cup wish-bone robust italian dressing
  • parsley for garnishing if desired

How To Make shrimp scampi italiano

  • 1
    Place Shrimp into Large shallow broiler proof pan.
  • 2
    Pour the dressing over the shrimp and cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate,marinating the shrimp,turning ocassionaly for 2 hours.

    Broil the shrimp with the dressing turning shrimp and basting it with dressing until done.Approximately 15 minutes so you don't over cook the shrimp and make it tough.

    Remove from pan and place on serving plate and garnish with parsley if desired.

    Eat as an appetizer or serve over your favorite pasta with grlic bread.
