roasted red pepper vinaigrette
I made this up off the top of my head and the quantities are rough guesstimates as close as I remember. I made this to put on grilled romaine hearts but use on whatever you choose.

Ingredients For roasted red pepper vinaigrette

12 ozjar drained or 2 large fresh roasted red bell pepper

2/3 colive oil

1/3 cseasoned rice vinegar

1 Tbspgranulated onion

1 tspgranulated garlic

1 tspminced ginger ( dorot gardens makes a frozen minced ginger 1 cube)

1 tspbasil dry

1 tspcelery seed

1/2 tspblack pepper. fresh ground

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make roasted red pepper vinaigrette

1Add Red pepper to food processor and pulse until puréed about 5 or 6 pulses

2Add all ingredients except olive oil and pulse a few time to mix

3Turn processor on and slowly pour olive oil to emulsify.

4Taste and adjust salt to your taste
