Ingredients For roast chicken pesto cream salad

5 ozsour cream

4 Tbspprepared pesto sauce

1 1/2 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and cut into bite size pieces

3celery stalks, chopped

2roasted bell peppers, sliced

lettuce leaves

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make roast chicken pesto cream salad

1MIx Sour Cream with Pesto. Add chicken, celery and bell pepper. Toss. Add Salt and Pepper, toss again. Cover and Chill until needed.

2Remove salad from refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. Stir, and serve on top of lettuce leaves.
