Ingredients For pickled onion salad

2 lgred onions, finely chopped

4green onions with tops, chopped

1/2 ccider vinegar

2 tspolive oil

2 Tbspsugar

1/2 cfresh cilantro, chopped

1 Tbsplime juice
How To Make pickled onion salad

1In a small bowl, combine the onions, vinegar, oil, and sugar. Stir and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

2Just before serving, stir in the cilantro and sprinkle salad with lime juice. Serve heaped on lettuce leaves.
