Ingredients For (pepperoni muffin pizzas)

  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 4 whole wheat or white english muffins ,halved
  • 2 tbsp olives,pitted and chopped
  • 3 button mushrooms.finely
  • 3 1/2 oz/100g pepperoni thinly sliced
  • 4 1/2oz / 125g mozzarella cheese thinly sliced

How To Make (pepperoni muffin pizzas)

  • 1
    spread the pizza sauce over the sides of the halved muffins.sprinkle over the olives,mushrooms,and pepperoni.lay the mozzarella over the toppings and place the english muffins (about 4 halves at a time)in a large nonstick frying pan.tightly cover with foil and place on top of stove,on med,8-10 minuter,checking regularly to ensure that the bottoms are not burning and cheese is melting.serve immediately.
