Ingredients For mom's spinach salad

1 lbspinach

1 bunchbean sprouts

1 canwater chestnuts

3-4hard boiled eggs

6-8 slicebacon

1 ccanola oil

1/2 csugar

1/3 cketchup

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 cvinegar

1 tspworsteshire

1small onion grated to taste
How To Make mom's spinach salad

1Cook bacon and chop. Cook eggs, peel and slice. Drain water chestnuts.

2Make dressing: Combine oil, sugar, ketchup, salt, vinegar,worsteshire, grated onion in a blender. Make dressing.

3In a bowl combine, spinach, bacon, eggs, sprouts, and chestnuts. Pour dressing right before serving. It makes a lot of dressing so use to your preference.
