1 pkgshelled pumpkin seeds toasted
How To Make mexican summer salad

1Mix juice from limes,cilantro,garlic,salt n pepper,sour cream in food processor add olive oil and milk slowly .. .bake corn bread follow instructions.. let cool..then cut into crouton size

2layer the cheese olives salad dressing cherry tomatoes cheese green onions salad dressing add lettuce put cornbread on top,,,,give it a toss in pumpkin seeds when your ready to serve
