mexican salad- nana's style
I have been making this for years. It's an easy Salad when you don't have a whole lotta time. Serve it with Club Crackers & you have a meal. One of My Families Favorites. I will add a photo the next time I make this.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1 small bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
- 1 - head of lettuce (shredded)
- 1 package fritos (crunched up)
- 1 large bottle catalina salad dressing
- 1 can ranch style beans (drained)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
How To Make mexican salad- nana's style

Step 1Brown and Drain Hamburger meat. Add Onion, Bell Pepper and Beans. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 2Put meat mixture in large bowl. Add lettuce and Tomatoes. Sit in Catalina Dressing and mix well.

Step 3Add Crushed Fritos and Cheese and mix well.
