mexican salad- nana's style

I have been making this for years. It's an easy Salad when you don't have a whole lotta time. Serve it with Club Crackers & you have a meal. One of My Families Favorites. I will add a photo the next time I make this.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 1 small bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 - head of lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 package fritos (crunched up)
  • 1 large bottle catalina salad dressing
  • 1 can ranch style beans (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

How To Make mexican salad- nana's style

  • Step 1
    Brown and Drain Hamburger meat. Add Onion, Bell Pepper and Beans. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Put meat mixture in large bowl. Add lettuce and Tomatoes. Sit in Catalina Dressing and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Add Crushed Fritos and Cheese and mix well.
