Ingredients For li'l bit's chop-chop salad

  • 20 oz
    chopped lettuce
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 can
    chickpeas drained oline ouland rinsed
  • 5 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 lb
    italian salami chopped

How To Make li'l bit's chop-chop salad

  • 1
    To make salad: Combine lettuce, salami, mozzarella cheese, and chickpeas in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.

    To make dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, parmesan cheese in a liquid measuring cup. Stir well with mixing spoon.

    Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
  • 4
    Toss lightly with two pieces of silverware.
  • 5
    Serve on plates with bread.
