My Son-in-law loves this salad. I always double it when I know he's going to be at the dinner table. That way I know there will be some leftovers for him! This is one of those salads that tastes even better on the second day.

Ingredients For layered cauliflower salad

1 smhead cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces

1 smhead of lettuce, torn into bite size pieces

1 smpurple onion, diced

1/2 lbbacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cmayonnaise

3 Tbspsugar
-
1 Tbspmilk
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese
How To Make layered cauliflower salad

1Layer lettuce*, cauliflower and onion in a 3 qt. bowl.

2Mix the mayonaise, sugar, and milk together and spread evenlyh over top, sealing to the edge of the bowl.

3Sprinkle bacon and parmesan cheese over the mayonaise mixture.

4Garnish with a little more chopped lettuce and onion for additional color. Cover salad tightly and refrigerate for at least 12 hours

5NOTE: After washing the lettuce make sure it is very dry.
