1/2 cpecans

2 Tbspsugar

1 bagromaine & leaf lettuce (about 6 cups)

1 can(11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained

1/2 cdried cranberries

1/3 cred onion, thinly sliced
- CRANBERRY VINAGRETTE

1/3 colive oil
-
3 Tbspcranberry flavored white wine vinegar

2 Tbspsugar
-
1 tspdijon mustard
-
1/4 tspsalt
How To Make kathleen's salad

1Combine vinagrette ingredients in a container with a lid. Shake well.

2Heat pecans and sugar in a skillet over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until sugar begins to caramelize. Let cool, break apart.

3Toss dressing with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with pecans.
