This is so healthy, good for you and tasty. Use all organic, 'whole' ingredients and you have a very HIGH ANDI score for your salad. Everyone who tries this enjoys and wants the recipe :-)

Ingredients For kale tangerine salad

1 lbkale - choose a healthy head of kale (organic)

1 cantangerines (save the juice)

1/2 cwalnuts

1/2 calmonds, slivered

1/2 lgcucumber
-
2 lgtomatoes (chopped into small quarters)

1/2 lgapple, chopped

1/4toasted sesame seeds
-
1 cgrated parmesan cheese

12 smblack kalamata olives
-
1/2 cshredded carrots
- DRESSING
-
1/2 colive oil
-
1 lglemon (juiced)
-
1/2 ctangerine juice
-
sale to taste

pepper to taste
How To Make kale tangerine salad

1Wash and dry Kale leaves and tear into bite size pieces. Chop and dice the apples, cucumbers, tomatoes into bit sized chunks. Add all the nuts, sesame seeds, cheese and remaining ingredients. Toss to mix well.

2Mix olive oil, lemon, tangerine juice and salt and pepper to taste. Toss well and coat well. Put in the fridge to sit for ONE hour. Add additional lemon and seasoning if you wish. DELICIOUS
