Ingredients For kale salad

  • 1 bunch
    kale
  • 2 c
    brussels sprouts, chopped
  • 2 c
    chopped cabbage
  • 1 c
    roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 c
    dried cranberries (i used craisins)
  • 1 sm
    bunch broccoli, chopped very small
  • 1 sm
    head radicchio, chopped

How To Make kale salad

    Wash all veggies and dry thoroughly.

    Remove stems and chop the kale. Chop the cabbage, radicchio, Brussels sprouts and Broccoli.

    Place all ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl and toss gently to mix.

    When ready to serve, our the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
