1Add dressing 1st, then hardy veggies (beans if desired), then softer veggies (cheese if desired) ending w/greens on top. Keeps up to 1 week. Add whatever your little heart desires inc. fruit. This recipe is less than 350 cals. per jar and I used all organic. 12 salads = less than $20!
