Ingredients For healthy mixed greens salad

  • 1/2 c
    baby spinach,
  • 1/2` c
    fresh kale, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    radicchio, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    arugula, chopped
  • 1 c
    grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 lg
    carrot, peeled and diced
  • 6
    baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 md
    cucumber, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp
    shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    ken's fat free raspberry pecan dressing

How To Make healthy mixed greens salad

    Place all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl.

    Toss to mix well.

    Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
