  • mexican dressing (recipe below)

    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • MEXICAN DRESSING
  • 1/2 c
    mild or hot taco sauce
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    green chiles, mild, diced
  • 1 tsp
    cilantro, fresh, minced
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, fresh, minced or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
