I first had a version of this salad at my friend's house in 1967. Her mom had gotten the recipe from a restaurant that was famous for it. This version includes artichoke hearts.

1/2 cripe olives

2 ozanchovy fillets (optional)

1 1/2 clight mayonnaise

2 Tbsptarragon vinegar

1 Tbsptarragon leaves, crushed (if not using tarragon vinegar)

1Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl.

2Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour on salad, serve!
