Ingredients For fresh spinach salad

4bags of fresh baby spinach

1red onion sliced thin
-
2 cansliced waterchestnuts
-
1 ptsliced fresh baby bella mushrooms
-
1 lbbacon
-
1 csmart balance oil
-
1/2 capple cider vinegar
-
3/4 cregular splenda
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspcoarse ground black pepper
-
2 1/8 Tbspfinley chopped onion or 1 tb dried copped onion

1/3 cketchup
-
optional: grilled portabella mushroom strips or grilled chicken breats

optional: sliced hard boiled eggs
How To Make fresh spinach salad

1dressing: mix Splenda and vinegar add the ketchup, oil, wocestershire,pepper & onion....put in fridge to chill until meal time

2cut bacon slices and cut into 1/2 pieces and cook in pot on stove til nice and crisp, drain on paper towel and set aside

3in large salad bowl toss the spinach, waterchestnuts, onion slices, bacon and toss with the dressing before serving, can top with hard boiled egg slices if desired

4if making it a meal, top with either grilled portabella mushroom sliced or sliced grilled chicken breasts
