This is one absolutely delicious salad! It's a sweet, tart, crunchy, and savory party for your taste buds! Serves 8 side salads or 4 large mains.Yields approximately one pint of salad dressing.

- DRESSING:

2 Tbspmayonnaise

3 Tbspgrainy stone ground mustard

1/2 colive oil

4 Tbspapple cider vinegar

3 Tbsppancake syrup

1 Tbspmaple syrup

1/4 tsppumpkin pie spice

1 pincheach salt and pepper
- SALAD:
-
1romaine lettuce head, washed and torn/cut bite-size

1 lgcarrot, sliced into thin coins
-
1 ccooked turkey, chicken or pork loin, cut bite-size
-
1 lgtart apple, peeled and cored, cut bite-size (not too thick)

1/4 bagdried cranberry and candied pecan salad topper (1/4 c.)
How To Make flavors of fall salad and dressing

1ln a small bowl or large liquid measuring cup, make the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, mustard, and oil until smooth.

2Gradually whisk in the vinegar.

3Add remaining dressing ingredients whisking until well combined.

4Cover and refrigerate until needed (or pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid). Shake well before using. Makes 1 3/4 cups salad dressing.

5In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

6Add dressing just before serving. Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
