Ingredients For fall harvest salad with maple dressing

  • 5 oz
    greens
  • 1/2 c
    roasted butternut squash
  • 1/2 c
    green apple
  • 1/4 c
    crumbled feta
  • 1/4 c
    sliced radishes
  • 1/4 c
    blueberries and dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    candied pecans
  • 4 slice
    cooked bacon
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 c
    evoo
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    maple syrup
  • 2 clove
    garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper

How To Make fall harvest salad with maple dressing

  • 1
    Make candied walnuts. Cook bacon on a cookie sheet in oven. When done wipe sheet and roast butternut squash using some of the bacon grease.

    Slice radishes. Dice apples. Chop pecans (opt)
  • 3
    Combine all dressing ingredients. Use a blender or blender bottle to mix well.

    Combine all salad ingredients.
