Ingredients For cranberry spinach salad

  • 1 pkg
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 c
    to 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 c
    to 3/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • SALAD DRESSING
  • 1/3 c
    olive or vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard

How To Make cranberry spinach salad

    In a bowl, combine the spinach, pecans, and cranberries.

    In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well.

    Drizzle over salad and toss to coat; serve immediately. 6-8 servings.
