Ingredients For cauliflower salad

  • 1
    head of lettuce (torn into small pieces)
  • 1
    head of cauliflower, (cut in bite size pieces)
  • 1 lb
    bacon (fried crisp)
  • 1
    white onions-chopped
  • 2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make cauliflower salad

    MAKE 24 HOURS BEFORE SERVING

    IN a large bowl, layer lettuce, cauliflower, bacon and onion with top layer being lettuce

    Ice like a cake with mayo
  • 4
    Sprinkle on sugar and then cheese
  • 5
    Cover and refrigerate

    Toss shortly before serving.

    OPTIONAL: Use red onion for more color Use 1/2 head of cauliflower and broccoli Premix the mayo, sugar and cheese
