1/4 cfreshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cshredded parmesan cheese

How To Make caesar salad with asiago tuiles

1First make the Tuiles. Preheat oven 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a 4 inch cookie cutter on the paper and sprinkle a even layer of shredded cheese inside. Continue making cheese circles leaving about 2 inches in between. You will have about 6. You only need 4 but they are a great snack Place in the oven and bake until cheese is melted and browned. About 6 or 7 minutes.
