Picked up mizuna at the farmers market, love trying different greens. I made a salad with organic blueberries and blueberry jam I also picked up there. Salad is lite, refreshing, with tons of flavor!! Also quick and easy! For a main dish add chicken!

sliced red onion

slice cooked pork from porkchop or roast
- VINEGARETE

1/2 cvegtable oil

1/2 cred wine vinegar

2 tspblueberry jam

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make blueberry pork mizuna salad w/blueberry vinegarete

1Wash mizuna well tear and spin in salad spinner. Slice red onions thin. Arrange in salad bowl, top with blueberries then feta. Drizzle with vinegarete.

2VINEGAR Wisk or shake together vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, blueberry jam or perserves, S&P This dressing is easy and very tastey!!
