Picked up mizuna at the farmers market, love trying different greens. I made a salad with organic blueberries and blueberry jam I also picked up there. Salad is lite, refreshing, with tons of flavor!! Also quick and easy! For a main dish add chicken!

Ingredients For blueberry pork mizuna salad w/blueberry vinegarete

  • fresh mizuna washed
  • sliced red onion
  • feta cheese
  • fresh blueberries
  • slice cooked pork from porkchop or roast
  • VINEGARETE
  • 1/2 c
    vegtable oil
  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    blueberry jam
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make blueberry pork mizuna salad w/blueberry vinegarete

    Wash mizuna well tear and spin in salad spinner. Slice red onions thin. Arrange in salad bowl, top with blueberries then feta. Drizzle with vinegarete.
