Ingredients For bacon wedge salad

1/2 lgiceberg lettuce, core removed and halved

12 lgcherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cper serving of blue cheese dressing, or more to taste

10 sliceper serving red onions (lyonnaise cut)

4 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cblue cheese, grated
-
cayenne or freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
How To Make bacon wedge salad

1Cut half of a lettuce and remove the core. Place each half on a plate.

2Add about 6 cherry tomato halves per plate. Scoop some blue cheese dressing on top before adding some sliced onion. Sprinkle cooked bacon bits on top. Grate more blue cheese over the wedges and if desired, sprinkle on some cayenne or freshly ground black pepper.
