This salad is a family tradition to have at every holiday and family gathering. It is an overnight salad, but can also be made and eaten the same day for a crispier salad. Very good!! Holidays wouldn't be the same without it! Enjoy! (Internet photo/bing images)

Ingredients For bacon cauliflower salad

  • 1 head
    lettuce, cut bite-sized
  • 1 head
    cauliflower, florettes and small stems cut into small pieces
  • 1 (3 oz.)
    jar hrmel real bacon bits and pieces, (3/4-1 cup)
  • 1
    medium onion, halved and sliced very thin
  • *miracle whip to coat, do not sub mayo
  • 1/3
    of a 2.62 oz. bottle mccormick salad supreme seasoning, do not sub
  • 2/3
    of a can (kraft/green can) parmesan cheese

How To Make bacon cauliflower salad

  • 1
    Mix all in large bowl til well mixed and nicely coated. Chill 2-3 hours or overnight. Stir before serving. Will last several days in the fridge.
