I have had this recipe for years and it has revolved throughout my family. It is a favorite to serve for all types of get togethers and gets many praises. It is at the top of the request list of copies at all dinner parties.

Ingredients For baby greens/fennel/dried cheeries/blue cheese

10 ozmixed baby greens

1 mdfennel bulb, cored and thinly sliced

1/2 cdried cherries
-
4 ozcrumbed blue cheese

6 Tbspextra-virgin olive oil, plus more to taste

1 1/2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar, plus more to taste

salt and papper to taste
How To Make baby greens/fennel/dried cheeries/blue cheese

1Place the first four ingredients in a large bowl. When ready to serve the salad, toss with 6 TBS olive oil and a generous sprinkling of salt and papper. Taste, adding more oil, salt or pepper if needed. Add vinegar, toss to coat, adding more, if necessary, to taste. Serve immediately
