This recipe was given to me by a co-worker /friend and is my very favorite Asian salad. I haven't tasted one I like any better.

Ingredients For asian salad - stephanie

1/2head cabbage

1/2head lettuce
-
4stalks celery
-
4green onions
-
1 pkgslivered almonds, sauteed in butter; drained

1 pkgpork flavored ramen noodles
How To Make asian salad - stephanie

1Tear lettuce and cabbage into small pieces or shreds. Mix cabbage, lettuce, celery, onions, and slivered almonds together; add Ramen noodles just before serving.

2Dressing: 6 T. vinegar, 1 c. oil, 4 T. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper. Pork spice package from Ramen noodles. Mix all of these ingredients well and pour over above mixture just before serving. ENJOY!
