  • 1 bottle
    chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    prepared horseradish sauce
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 1
    (10 ounces) package romaine lettuce,shredded
  • 1 3/4 c
    shredded pork
  • 25
    cooked popcorn chicken
  • 1
    medium-size red onion,chopped
  • 1 c
    diced carrot (about 2 carrots)
  • 2 c
    (8 ounces) shredded sharp-cheddar cheese
  • 10
    bacon slices,cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    crushed croutons

How To Make surprised cornbread salad

    Prepared cornbread according to package directions;cool completely(about 25 minutes),and crumble.In a small bowl,combine blue cheese dressing,sour cream, horseradish sauce and seasoned pepper;stir together until blended.

    Layer shredded lettuce,crumbled cornbread,and next 6 ingredients in 6-qt bowl;spoon half of dressing mixture over the top.Cover and chill 3 to 24 hours.Sprinkle with crushed croutons just before serving.Serve with remaining dressing mixture on the side.
